Guest guest
Thank you to everyone who responded. The Best Bet Diet. I find it rather overwhelming at the moment. If I was going to begin by cutting out one type of food, what what you recommend first? ________________________________________________________________ Get your name as your email address. Guest guest
, I see everyone's giving a different answer but I would say milk and milk products. It works for me. I have been rr MS for 23 yrs and doing really well. No symptoms. Giving up milk also means chocolate. Whenever I've cheated on the diet, I've suffered as a result. It's not worth it. You know, when a calf is fed pasteurised milk it dies. Audrey --- Landau <carrieland2@...> wrote: --------------------------------- Thank you to everyone who responded. The Best Bet Diet. Guest guest
, Tom is right, I would agree processed sugar is a real no no. We get enough from our fruits and other natural sugars. Good luck -----Original Message----- From: Landau [mailto:carrieland2@...] Sent: Saturday, September 04, 2004 11:02 AM low dose naltrexone Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Pain medications/Best Bet Diet Thank you to everyone who responded.
