I do not do CS, but about 16 people on the GoodShape's board are, and in quite large quantities. So far, nobody is repoting anything except good results. I guess only time will tell, but in my opinion, people who are in desperate situations will do whatever they feel led to do if there is a chance it might help. I completely understand and support them. They will let us know if they begin to develop problems. If they are like myself, they don't have much to lose, and anything gained is welcome relief!
