Hi all - I'm around too - just lurking! Not too much to say. Well, I

could complain about the heat (104 every day this week) but . . .

really no point!

150 days here for me on 4.5 and I'm holding my own. No new symptoms -

less old symptoms - pretty much status quo, which is a good thing.

Hope everyone in Florida survives the weekend unscathed - Regards to

all the LDNers - Cinders
