Respected members,Before I conclude, I would like to thank all the members of Netrum and Dr Thawani Sir for their support and their valuable suggestions throughout my discussion on Promotional literature. I hope you enjoyed the disussion and it was informative for all in some way.

Conclusions

Pharmaceutical ads are often

inaccurate, biased, and misleading.They misuse statistics and graphics,

over-state results, and employ fallacious reasoning.They should not be used to guide

clinical decisions.
