I wanted to let you all know about a way I am offering new help for

the CCFA. On Oct. 2nd of 2004, I will begin a 414 mile solo canoe

trip down the Brazos River here in Texas. The trip is to raise

money and awareness for those who suffer from IBD's. To see more
