Guest guest
It is always better to keep writing the full references in brackets where ever material is quoted from others, while preparing the draft manuscript, which can be subsequently converted to the format of the publication. Most of the publications follow Vancouver style. Hence after choosing the publication to which the MSs to be contributed, change the MS to meet the format. So many reference management softwares have been already mentioned and discussed by our enlightened members. Choose the one which is easy to use and serves your purpose. Restrict to the most useful references. It is preferable to quote references of that material which you have read (no cross references please); which you which can be accessed and verified by others; written as per journal rules: Check instructions to authors and are current, preferably of last five years.
