I am happy that we all give weight-age to experience than just the degree. I have seen doctors from C.M.C. Vellore who are trained in rural hospitals after M.B.B.S. know how to perform L.S.C.S., how to give spinal anesthesia very well. Today in the Era of selling & purchasing degrees, we must teach the masses that ultimately EXPERIENCE is the greatest teacher . Patients must judge the knowledge of the doctor & then decide what to do. For rural set-ups all important life-saving procedure by doing surgery must be taught to medicos, so that many

lives are saved.
