Individuals with Multiple Sclerosis: Participants needed for a

research study at the California School of Professional Psychology,

Alliant International University. The purpose of the research is to

explore the physical and psychological symptoms associated with MS

as well as attitudes about end of life care. Your participation is

requested if you are: 18 years or older, have a diagnosis of MS, and

speak English. Your participation will involve filling out five

questionnaires, approximately 45 minutes total, which will be sent

directly to you. There is no travel required. You will be given

$10.00 for your participation. If you fit the criteria above and are
