I am not up to attending the meeting on the 8th. Hope

to make it back for the February meeting. I am healing

nicely, but can't overdo it now. I have driven from

Walla Walla to have nobody else at meeting or just the

two of us.

Hey, group! Is it the choice of location, meeting date

or time, or format of get together just for dinner

that is keeping you from attending. Would you attend

more if there was an agenda, ie. topical discussion,

recipe sharing, share favorite foods/products that

helped us.

I know I need the support of my fellow bandsters.

How about all of you? We are all on this journey and

are taking different paths, but we are the banded and

nobody understands that like we do together.

That said, I can't come this month or two with

recovery from surgery and hope there is a group to

come back to when I feel better.
