I had numbness in my right hand every night and that went away right away and thank God hasn't come back.

Hello Twinman, I have been on LDN since June at 4.5mg and my numbness in both hands is still with me, but if it just stops my exacerbations so I don't cont. to go numb all over, it'll be worth it. I am on the Best Bet Diet with supplements in an effort to repair my damage.

Spasms yep still here all I have to do is stand up after sitting for an hour and bango full body spasm.even makes my legs buckle,so for me there is no escaping that I guess.

Tingling numb fingers yep still there too

Dizziness ditto

Also can't stand more than two minutes at a time but hey at least I can still stand Right?

of course I have only been on LDN for exactly eleven months now, I found out at the second month that three mgs was better for me ( less stiffness less numbness but still always there) then at the seven month mark that I should never use 6.0mgs as I went stiff as a board. My walking was done for fer two days,I couldn't,t even draw my legs up in bed when I was on my side!

There was no harm done by experimenting though and at least I know my limits, also it proved to me that Joe is making up good stuff as only one and a half mgs makes a big difference.

It could be worse though I could still have the nuerological pain in my arm and I still could be runnin to the can every fifteen minutes, So for just those two reasons I will continue to take my LDN.

Next Thursday I will get my prescription renewed and I guess it will be for six months of 3.0mgs, or should I make it 4.0 mgs in 1.5 mg pills and only take two a night that should give me two free months worth or make it an eight month prescription out of six.

Decisions decisions.
