Yes the weather has been quite warm for Alberta but I think (now that I dwell on it some)that the humidity is a big factor in how I feel.

We have had some very dry years as of late and I was coping well, but this year we have had scattered downpours and the humidity is around 70 percent, which is about twenty percent higher than usual.

All winter we are at fourty percent and I feel great, but then again the temperature is also way below freezing and I always feel good then too.

I don't have the answer but I would love to find it.
