Guest guest
Sorry to be a party pooper, but why are y'all drinking anything alcoholic? I quit when I found that it screwed up my already dubious motor skills, about the same time I decided to stop doing anything that wasn't contributing to a healthy diet and lifestyle. I don't mean for this to sound superior--just trying to convey that for us to reverse symptoms, we need to bite the bullet and commit to good health. Guest guest
Martha, I guess that I would have to 100% agree with you. Haven 't touched alcohol in quite a few years, as I have enough trouble navigating to add more balance difficulties with alcohol....<S> It worries me terribly to hear someone " worrying " about drinking....maybe they should " worry " about why they " need " to drink. Maybe there is a bigger problem here. Pam

It is very likely causing a whole lot less harm than my far more frequent dietary lapses, generally tending towards something wheat based either containing or coated with chocolate... Thanks for saying so eloquently my sentiments as well. G
