Sorry to be a party pooper, but why are y'all drinking anything alcoholic?

I quit when I found that it screwed up my already dubious motor skills,

about the same time I decided to stop doing anything that wasn't

contributing to a healthy diet and lifestyle. I don't mean for this to

sound superior--just trying to convey that for us to reverse symptoms,

we need to bite the bullet and commit to good health.

Martha,

I guess that I would have to 100% agree with you. Haven 't touched

alcohol in quite a few years, as I have enough trouble navigating to

add more balance difficulties with alcohol....<S>

It worries me terribly to hear someone " worrying " about

drinking....maybe they should " worry " about why they " need " to

drink. Maybe there is a bigger problem here.

Thanks for saying so eloquently my sentiments as well. G
