Guest guest
Donna, After weeks of insomnia from taking my LDN at 11pm every night, I finally worked out the trick for a good night's sleep. Seeing I'm up late every night anyway till about 2am, I get into bed, I'm usually really tired by then, wait till I'm just about to nod off (I keep the bedside light on so I don't fall asleep completely) and then quickly take the LDN, turn the light off and go straight to sleep. It works beautifully, I've had a week straight of sleeping through the night, and therefore I am now starting to feel a lot better during the day with more energy and less fatigue. About time too, I was going crazy. I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on what time you take the LDN. It might be me fooling myself but I seem to feel better if I take my LDN at midnight to 2 am. If I take it before 12 or after 2 am, I noticed I don't feel quite as good. Any thoughts? Be well, Donna _______________________________
