Guest guest
This board can really be very supportive. I'm sure your going to hear this over and over also but. . . This is your first baby, try to relax and remember this time. Before you know it you'll be paying for it's college education lol. With MS it's hard to take control in a lot of areas but believe it or not we can take control of our stress. Swimming is a great form of exercise and great stress reducer. Oh, and I know your wanting to, breast feeding is so beneficial to the baby and moms (especially those of us with MS) Good luck sweetie, we want updates from month to month! -----Original Message----- From: [mailto:@...] Sent: Saturday, August 28, 2004 3:10 PM low dose naltrexone Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: Any suggestions??? HI , Thanks for your reply. Your suggestions are just like what alot of others have said to me too ) I got alot of private replies with so many poeple being so caring and helpful. I usually handle stress alot better but I guess my body is going through so much the last four months and the whole pregnancy is still so new to me, that it's made me loose control. I feel more confident now though and have basically given myself a kick up the bum to remind myself that I have to relax and go with the flow for the moment and to stop stressing. It's not easy but I'm so glad I sent a mail for help to here and the BBD group now as everyone has been so helpful and have reminded me to relax and fight like I usually do. -- In low dose naltrexone , " Baden " <lbaden@t...> wrote: > , > Slow down and take a deep breath.
