As for as I know, yes they would be.

I have lesions of the C-spine only. I could have taken Betaseron but opted for chemo because I was already not only SPMS but rather badly declining when diagnosed.

Anyway, quick question... Are the CRABs >ONLY< or Brain lesions? If someone ONLY had Cervical or Thoracic lesions, would they be offered the CRABs?
