As you said, there are many individual circumstances, but still it may be a good place for a new person to start. I agree that there is much repetition. I speak for myself only, but after a while how much more is there to know? I have been on LDN for 290 days now and am very pleased with the results that I have seen, but from here on it is just a wait and see situation. Of course, I highly recommend anyone diagnosed with MS (or any other autoimmune condition) to give it a try. I say that from my viewpoint which is from a wheelchair for the past 5 years. If there is a chance of keeping anyone out of one of these blasted chairs, that person owes it to themself and their family to try it.
