Connie, according to Dr. Bihari:

transient and temporary signs of your M.S. relapsing is to be expected;

any 'old' symptoms you've had before, if they return, your body may be trying to do some repair work.

LDN should be tried for six to nine months before giving up on it.

This is information I've saved from other people's postings...

JuDea, Dr. Bihari's latest posting on the LDN website says that MS patients

who have been experiencing leg spasms should take 3 mg. Thanks again,

, for pointing this out.

I started on 3 mg of LDN from Skip's September 3rd and then about 5 months later I went up to 4.5 mg and doing good on it. After going to 4.5 mg the first week or two I had problems sleeping and wierd dreams but they went away after a week or two.
