I'm sure you know alot about it then when studying Nutrition too ;o) It's real interesting to study it isn't it. Why are you doing a second Diploma in it...can you not go on and get a degree after the diploma?? I'm doing my course through a distance learning course,studying from home which is so handy with MS...it's through an irish college here called The National Training Authority...they're at http://www.nta.ie Good luck with your second course , hope it goes well.
