to the development of a way to Prevent OR Arrest/Halt MS. This statement was in

the latest newsletter I got from the Arkansas MS Society.

Dr. Bihari is a scientist who has already discovered how to arrest/halt MS. The

$1 million prize should go to Bihari then. LDN could also be taken as an MS

preventative for those whose blood tests show they are a candidate for

developing the disease.

They said nothing about the scientist needing to have his/her research FDA

approved to win the prize money.
