I have also seen it stated that:

" Just because you have the right to do so doesn't mean that it is right to do

so. "

In my working life on NOAA ships I'd tell my people that when you rock the boat,

everyone rocks. More specifically that they might have a right to upset the

status quo but they might inspire others to do same and so end up worse than

when they started.
