Guest guest
They measure how fast you can walk 25 feet. I did that last October 16th, so 6 full months on LDN. The nurse was amazed, she said "5 seconds, none of my patients ever did it in 5 seconds" ----- Original Message ----- From: Stevan cremeans low dose naltrexone Sent: Sunday, September 12, 2004 16:54 Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Progress Report Hi, What is the "Walking speed test"? Guest guest
Hi , Thanks so much for the update - it's great to hear about your progress! I haven't checked the rheumatic messages in quite some time, but that's how it goes when one feels great - there's little time to spend resting now a days for those of us who have regained our health. One small caution...not to dampen your enthusiasm, but just be ready for small relapses in the beginning of treatment. Remember the " two steps forward, one step back " routine that sometimes happens. Also...my overwhelming fatigue was the last symptom to go away and it took more than a year on the abx before that happened. Keep the faith - you're on the right track. Wishing you the best!!! ~Connie DM -'96, started AP -'98 still on it, and doing great! :-) > Hi everyone..................it's been a while since I've talked with you but have been continually receiving your e-mails. I was finally able to get an appointment with Dr. Franco to evaluate my Dermatomyositis on 9/16/04. Had lots of blood work, extensive physical exam and history that day......
