Zil,

Print out the Reliability Problem of Compounding Pharmacies section from the LDN

website and take it to the pharmacy you use and make sure they are compounding

the LDN 100% correctly. Or you may even want to try the liquid form of LDN. It

hits the system faster. They can sweeten and flavor it for taste. Go back down

to 4.5mg if you get the liquid form. For the LDN to have done well in your

first use, it very well could be a compounding problem. That's the first thing

Dr. Bihari would think, is a faulty compounding since you had some results the

first round. The second thing Bihari would ask is where is the pharmacy getting

the Naltrexone? May be an unreliable source if overseas from USA. Zillba you

may even want to have the pharmacy order you the 50mg Naltrexone tablets and you

dissolve them yourself. I hope something I've suggested will help you get full

benefit from LDN. I want everyone with MS to have as good of an experience on

LDN as possible.
