What other diet is there besides Swank? BBD?

If you type in' Dr Swank' on the net you will find the diet. He first started people on the diet about 50 years ago. I am currently reading his book called The MS Diet Book which includes a lot of graphs and comparisons of people who followed the diet and people who didn't. My husband was a big meat eater, so not having any red meat is certainly a big change. > Donna Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger! Download today - it's FREE!

Hey Kelley,

Yes, many of us have used the BBD for MS. If you would like, send me your personal e-mail and I'll be glad to send you additional info on BBD.
