I read that too and then my sister in law came to mind, she also never smoked a day in her life but her husband was the cause of plenty of second- hand smoke, I thought back on her life and it was so different than mine in many ways but she was a nurse and got all the shots that were needed but then so did thousands of others,

I know there is no one single cause to M.S. I believe we are genetically liable and if we have the last straw, so to speak, against us then we have to get on LDN as soon as possible.

Interesting. I guess this means that since I never smoked a cigarette inmy life, I shouldn't have MS--that I'm an anomaly. Which, of course, Iknow isn't true. I don't mean to sound sarcastic--it's just that sinceMS seems to be caused by so MANY things, it seems less likely to me thatthey________________________________________________________________Get your name as your email address.Includes spam protection, 1GB storage, no ads and moreOnly $1.99/ month - visit http://www.mysite.com/name today!

Hi,

I had MS at 12 and my father smoked like a chimney. My

mum also smoked. The living room we all sat in was

thick with smoke in the evening.

I have avoided smokey pubs and other places for a long

time as I feel irritated by it.

I wouldn't write off 'smoking' completely as It may be

part of the cause of some peoples MS. You don't know.
