Guest guest
Splenda makes me terribly ill, severe abdominal cramps, diarrhea, headache, weakness. And it takes a long time to recover. Yet my husband has no problem with it. But he doesn't have MS either. My older sister gets chest pain and heart arrhythmias from Splenda. It isn't a case of THINKING that she does. She has been able to reproduce the symptoms reliably. Not symptoms I'd deliberately want to reproduce. She doesn't have any chronic diseases that I know of. I think Splenda can be very harmful to some of us, but a lot of people seem to tolerate it quite well. Stay away from Splenda. Use raw honey for sweetener. Arlene

Your stand on sugar itself is clear, and I'm sure Splenda is higher on your list of things to avoid than ordinary sugar. You're absolutely right!! I wouldn't touch Splenda and I don't use table sugar or anything that contains it. To me the more chemicals a food contains, or the more processing it goes through, the worse it is for us. But, again, that's me I had been on the BBD and I hadn't had any sugar in over a year. I remember the time I accidentally ingested some sugar (an ingredient in a frozen food) and within an hour my feet were so numb and tingly that I feel very strongly about it. I hope I didn't offend anyone, that was not my intent. Arlen

No one should take lightly the fact that chlorine doesn't belong in your digestive tract. Mine objects violently.
