The sleeplessness lasted for me about six months more or less but I also took a herbal sleeping pill (Valerian) to counteract the effects, this worked well for all of that time but like you say I never really felt sleep deprived at all.

Now I can sleep thru a hail storm on a tin roof, I know as we had one.

Today is day three hundred and fourty six for me and all's well.

Reg.

Hi all, I just started taking LDN Monday nite, and I feel like I've barely slept the last two night. My energy level and mental state is pretty good considering this fact. Have others experienced sleeplessness on LDN, and if so, how long has it lasted?

It took about 3 - 4 weeks before the sleepless nights subsided for me. After that, I've been, for the most part, sleeping anywhere from 4 - 8 hours before waking up. It's been great!

Hi Sleeplessness,

Oh yes, I remember those nights well. I've been on LDN for 7 months, and

for me (not all) it took a good 3 months before I was sleeping well. Many

in this forum will tell you "they sleep like babies" but those of us who

have never been great sleepers to begin with, deal with nights with only

several hours at a time. Don't give up, it might take a while but it does

pass.

Time is the only thing that I can suggest.
