2 weeks on LDN and question

I'm back from vacation...LDN worked great all thru it (about 3 weeks on it now) and no side effects--much less fatigue--I felt almost "normal" whatever that is!

suddenly last 2 days stiffness is returning in my right leg--especially in evening--does that mean I should try a higher dose? (doing 3.0 now)

Plowing thru old digests now--still at Sept. 20 though...will catch up in next couple of days.
