Guest guest
Thank you so much. I looked it up and you were right. I have been getting alot of things confused lately. At what dose do people usually start with LDN? Guest guest
well the LDN site says 3 mg/day, but somebody here said that dr. Behari said that 4 .5 mg is ok, so it is your personal choice. Some people have to take even 6mg, but that each person has to come to that decision for themselves. What you have to watch for are the fillers, some people reported headaches and when they changed the fillers it was OK. I will try 4.5 mg in about 3 months time, when I have to order another set of tablets. Zora Thank you so much. I looked it up and you were right. I have been getting alot of things confused lately. Guest guest
I've been taking the 4.5 for almost a week and I think I have haphazard results. One night I slept for about 5 hours before I woke, which is wonderful for me, but the last 2 nights I've been awake after about 2 hours and can't go back to sleep. I debate whether to go back to 3 mg or just keep going. Guest guest
Thank you Zora. That information helped me understand why some of my pain is back and spasms and fatigue. I'am only on my 12th day of NALTREXONE and up until today i was feeling really good. I'am thankful there are people like you to give us information. Thanks again, Sally
