If any of you would like to subscribe to Dr. Mercola's weekly newsletter

You can also go to Dr. Mercola's website at www.mercola.com and read the

like your conventional pepper grinder but has a different mechanism as the salt

is too coarse for the ordinary ones. Can't see that how you grind it would make

any difference and one doesn't need as much as it has a stronger/sharper taste.

and I checked them out and found an interesting item about sea salt and all the

nutrients and benefits of using it. I have some in the cupboard and it is very

course with large crystals. Has anyone used it as is or do they pulverize it.

I was thinking of putting in through the Quiesenart to make it finer. Would it

affect the product if I did that? After reading his article it would

extremely healthful to use sea salt rather than refined table salt.

Hi ,

That is what I thought I did. I sent the link to Dr. Mercola's newsletter

not any articles.

Regards,

Tom
