Some information on figures

Realistic or schematic illustrations.

Photographs or drawing of experimental setup.

Polygraph recordings.

Gel electrophoretograms.

Graphs:

X-Y plots. In most circumstances, there is no need to include the regression equation, but provide the regression coefficient and p value of the

regression.

Bar graphs. Use different patterns for bars of different groups, e.g., open and closed bars.

Lines graph

3-D graphs
