Guest guest
I remember reading either here or somewhere (can't remember) that tonic water or quinine relieves stiffness. Anyone know about this and can it help our sufferers?
Guest guest
I have those also. Do they work for you? ----- Original Message ----- From: low dose naltrexone Sent: Thursday, September 30, 2004 22:49 Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] stiffness I have some OTC tablets made by Hyland's called Leg Cramps with Quinine, a homeopathic remedy. They do help my night time back pain and stiffness quite a bit. I just discovered them in the grocery store a week or two ago, and remembered that my GP had suggested drinking tonic water. Tonic water is so nasty tasting I never was able to make myself drink it, but these tablets do seem to help some. They also contain several herbs. Guest guest
They help my back and torso at night, so I am able to stand erect when I get up in the morning without going through several minutes of stretching my abs. They don't help my legs at all though. I am grateful for the help they do give. Guest guest
Most of us speak only English, unlike so many people in the other nations of the world who are comfortably bilingual. Information in German is not helpful to many of us. I would like to know what is on your site that could help us. Can you give us a brief? Guest guest
Noclue, Quinine has been used for many years to alleviate stiffness, I tried it but it dids not help me. It is inexpensive and you need a prescription. There is not enough in quinine water to make a difference.
