Guest guest
Hey there Sweetie, AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not be happier for you. I know that you do not have the faith that I do but I still going to say that God is taking care of us. I had to mix up a batch again tonight. I did the 50mg and 50 ml this time. I finally got a new bottle that holds even more then that. Boy, that tastes sooooo veryyyyyy goodddddddddddddd!!!!!!!! ROFLMAO.......................... Really it does because it is working so good for us........ For me it was the last hope to not being in a nursing home and flat in bed full time. That has always been my biggest fear. Look at it this way--------Hell would be better in a lot of ways. Aren't we just the luckest people in the world right now. I feel that if other things are going to be getting better in time its a added gift..... Love you sweetie CJ MS is like a rollercoaster- It has its ups and downs. Guest guest
Hello all! I just want to say that after taking 3mgs last night, and yes, having a lousy night sleep, I had a lot of energy today! It was my first time taking LDN. I work full time (thank goodness I sit alot of the time) and usually by days end I am getting to my front door at a snails pace, almost feeling like I want to actually crawl up my steps (I actually did that a few times!) But even after a not so good night sleep, I still have energy to spare! I am in the process of cleaning out my office at work, getting ready to start a new job on Monday. Anyway, I was able to come home after work tonight and actually carry 2 nice size bags of stuff into my apt. I am amazed and elated! I hope it stays this way, energy wise. Guest guest
OK, now be really very careful over the next few days. It sounds like you are suddenly feeling very good and are in danger of overdoing and dumping yourself in a hole. Just because you feel pretty sparky doesn't mean your body is ready for all the activity yet... ease on into things! Guest guest
Thank you for translating... ----- Original Message ----- From: Dr.Fuhrmann low dose naltrexone Sent: Friday, October 01, 2004 9:35 AM Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Re: First day on LDN Normal dose naltrexone:When I found the homepage of Dr.Bihari I thought a lot,how naltrexone could work. The explanation of doctor Bihari, with the up and downregulation of endorphines I did not believe, because I am doctor of internal medicine and could believe in that.I searched in the newest literature and found interesting articles with genetically knocked out mice without opiatreceptors, the lymphocytes of these animals did not produce antibodies incubated in the mixed lymphocyte culture with naltrexone. This means, there must be a new till yet not detected opiat receptor who triggers up and down the immunsystem.A found a lot new other articles which show, that the immunsystem is triggered by own opiates(endorphins),that was not known till yet. Also the mu and the delta opiat receptor are activating the immunsystem by endorphins. Therefore the little doses are not enogh.Receptors can be downregulated and you need a lot more of antagonist,to block him.I took today 175 mg Nemexin and feel very well.If a have not so much stress in my work, maybe 50 mg are also enough,I am till searching for my ideal dose. Please read in my forum the latest news, but only in German.I speek English and can answer your questions in Englisg if you want so. Guest guest
Welcome Phil. yes you can eat and drink with LDN . I believe most of us take it by itself because of the time it must be taken (9pm-3am) I take mine at 9:30 and sometimes snack afterwards. Try not to eat so late. Other sites to learn more besides the Lowdosenaltrexone.org site are www.gazorpa.com also www.ldners.org .LDN... Best decision you ever make!!
