ready to start--have questions

OK, the LDN is on its way here and I'm ready to start. I want to make sure I have all the info-I've been to the website and read up. Could someone please verify that I have all this right?

1. Take between 10 pm and 2 am--just as going to sleep

2. You have to go off for 3 days before dental work, surgery? but why is this?

3. start at 3.0 mg per day and see how that goes. After (how long?) try 4.5 and see what happens. After (how long on 4;5?) try 6.0 and see what happens.

4. watch out for side effects that last--it could be the wrong filler in the capsules

Is that correct and is that all?
