Where did you hear that? Pertaining to LDN or OTHER medicines? LDN MUST be Fast Release, slow release would in theory DO NOTHING at all.

Most are on fast release. I have never heard that slow release is better in the cases of auto-immune situations. Go to the low dose naltrexone.org website and read up on this.
