It might work better to go directly to Donna than the

that is the problem.

Well it appears that we have a minor glitch and need

to recreate the

slide show for the bash! Not a problem but of course

we need your

help. You can be included even if you are not

attending this year -

it's all about the journey!

Please if you want to be included in the Seattle Bash

Slide Show,

please send me the following information:

Full Name

Doctor (if you want)

Date of Banding

if you want to include it starting/current weight or

goal weight

Send me a jpeg, tiff or gif file format for the before

and now

photos. These will be used by the Seattle Bash event

only - no

where else. By sending me the file you are giving the

Seattle Bash

permission to use these at this and ongoing Seattle

Bash events.

Also if you have group photos of any of the support

groups that

everyone would like included - please send those along

as well.

I need these by Feb 10th to be included in the show -

so please send
