Because some body's do better on 3.0 than 4.5, some do better on 4.5. You have to find which one does best by you.

I took 3.0 for my first 300 days, then did 38 days of 4.5, and then back to 3.0 for the last 200 days.

3.0 is where I'll probably be staying.

Subject: [low dose naltrexone] if LDN isn't addictive why

do some of us need to start lower then gradually go to 4.5mg? Isn,tthis a sign that lDN does stay in the body at least long engouh forthe body to remember the last dosage? Why do our bodies eventually are able to tollerage 4.5mg?Hope my reasoning is clear enough...

Also why after a year of good to great results am I now having what would apear to be an attack! ?????

I am or at least have been for years now SPMS so an attack is an unusual occurance to say the least.
