Dr. Bihari's interest in this group...

I have read with great interest all of the comments regarding Dr. Bihari's

interest with regards to being part of this group. Whoever stated that the

website is not run by him but rather by a friend of his is right and thank

you Dr. Gluck and son for that. Pretty sure that Dr. Bihari has never even

read any of the forum. I'm sure that Dr. Bihari, like other doctors has a

full schedule and absolutely no time for a forum such as this. I hardly have

time to keep up with it and my schedule is not nearly as full I'm sure. What

I wanted to mention is the fact that Dr. Bihari very gratiously tried to

iniciate an LDN confererence where he would have given his time to be the

key note speaker and surprisingly enough there was very little interest and

it was postponed from this December to sometime in April 2005 because of

that lack of interest. I sure hope that all those that feel that he should

share his time with us step up to the plate so to speak and plan to attend

the conference. I am so very grateful for any involvement that Dr. Bihari

has time for these days. We must not forget that he has a thriving practice

and just because he chose to share some research that he took part in over

the years, it does not make him responsible for what we all chose to do with

the information. I am just so thankful to have come upon the information and

I push for studies to be done by people that are certainly in a much better

position to so then one doctor. I can only imagine what a toll this whole

thing must be on someone to try to share the info, only to have it bashed

and disbelieved. I know the feeling, having gone through it to a much lesser

extent via trying to share what I know over the last 2 1/2 years in the

online MS forums that I have visited consistently over that period of time.

For a while I was the only one posting messages about the LDN therapy and I

am happy to see many others doing the same now. I feel very much more

vindicated and can feel what he must be feeling after a much longer period.

Of course I am guessing at that but it makes sense to me. Just thought I'd

share my thoughts on the whole thing. JoyceF
