Guest guest
Please remember what our claims about LDN sound like to non users... Interesting that none of us have responded with such intensity to the discussions of all the varied supplements that are mentioned here periodically. They also have their hazards. Bottom line? We must be careful what we believe, and research what we may be planning to take. Whether it is Naltrexone, goat serum, stem cells, or nutritional and herbal supplements, great caution is critical, for we can certainly harm ourselves with our efforts to be well. If everyone objects to Dr Fuhrmann's post perhaps one of you who feels strongly about his message should simply ask him to refrain from posting here? We all speak to the forum as a whole, and there have been a number of very rational objections to his advice, but I don't recall anyone asking him to refrain. Please understand I don't necessarily support a higher dose, but I'm also not opposed to new theories and information. I just think if you don't want to hear from Dr Fuhrmann perhaps someone should tell him so in a polite manner. I've also questioned his legitamacy, but when online it's so easy to believe whatever a person says. Such an instance might be called 'computer fraud'!!!! Guest guest
It is definitely someone unexpected and naturally suspect. Is it 'for real' or meant to cloud the issue? Throw a monkey wrench into years of progress? CRAB companies come to mind. SERONO is in Germany, REBIF comes from Germany. I'm sure Rebif people don't like this LDN 3.0 and 4.5 >MG< dose AT ALL. Cuts into profits. ----- Original Message ----- From: Spiesette low dose naltrexone Sent: Monday, October 04, 2004 10:18 Subject: Thanks! - RE: [low dose naltrexone] Thanks for your 'Dr Fuhrman' post!! I've read many of the posts since the Fuhrman character appeared. I find the input from the supposed Dr. Fuhrman contradictory to the good results reported by so many. To many people with MS are getting good results from LDN therapy to deny the efficacy of the treatment. Increasing the dosage an order of magnitude is simply a different regimine which will have different effects. Those with MS who don't get good results from the standard dosages Bilhari recommends certainly could try increasing dosage as much as 100% to see if the effects change. I strongly suggest that this character that can't spell, whose posts read like they could be from Colonel Klink, with a put on accent should NOT be given the weight of so many who have had great success for many years with the LDN therapy.
