Guest guest
SEE now you are going to confuse people. jdgcasac got a 50 MG Script so jdgcasac can make "LDN", 3.0 or 4.5 MG, each Night. Please do not answer "LDN" questions with INFORMATION about ReVia or Nemexin 50 MG! This is an LDN, LOW DOSE naltrexone group, NOT 50MG or HIGHER! ----- Original Message ----- From: Dr.Fuhrmann low dose naltrexone Sent: Monday, October 04, 2004 10:08 Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Got my script! Hi! It is not a liquid form,it is the originally tablett "Nemexin",I dont have to prepare anything, containing 50 mg Naltrexone. The FDA approved 50 mg for the daily dose for drug addicts to block their opiat receptors,to make it easier staying clean. This dose is calculated by the plasma and the receptor half time of naltrexone, but for another illnes. Now,knowing, that naltrexone in MS also works by blocking the opiat receptor, which triggers the immunsystem and not by unclear endorphin mechanisms,it is necessary to take the same dose.It is also possible to have succes with a low dose,it depends how deep your receptors are downregulated or not.If you are very young, you can have big succes also with a low dose. The dose is individual, depending on the genetic number of receptors ans so on.Mybe by time using naltrexone, the number of receptors can grow up a little and you have to enlarge your dose to feel fine.
