I just want to pass on some advice that was given to me by the physical

therapist, Sidelman, who put together the " Yogability " tape--yoga

for people with MS, Parkinson's, etc. It's an hour tape and after doing all

15 minutes, I had a lot of leg pain for several days. I e-mailed

and she responded immediately. She suggested that I build up in very small

increments--for example, stay with 10 minutes for FOUR TO SIX WEEKS, before

increasing the time. She also said that's typically how long it can take

the muscles to adjust with one of these diseases.

And thank you, Kiki, for recommending it.
