Guest guest
Again I must use an off topic message to relay my findings as this could impact all of us as we fall more often than others. I have had a very tough time sleeping as of late due to a persistent dry cough that showed up every night as I lay in bed. During my waking hours there was very little to no sign of a cough but upon laying down I would inevitably start up with a dry nonproductive hacking almost type of cough. This would carry on throughout the night and after a week of this I was getting very run down as you may guess. My wife was about to sleep in another room too. I went to my Dr. and he prescribed an expectorant cough syrup that did nothing more than taste bad and I still coughed all night. Yesterday I saw my mother who is a naturopathic healer and she just manipulated my neck (like a gentle massage) for about five minutes. Last night I slept through the night without so much as a hint of a cough. She claimed the fall I took a week ago put too much stress on my fifth vertabrae placing it out of position and causing this cough, Now she must be right as it worked. I feel so much better today that I am definetly on a letter writing binge. It only goes to show us that we have to treat our whole body and that LDN can not do it all.See your chiropractor by all means if something is not right. Failing that even my homeopathic Dr. is a great help.
