just a question--does he provide you with paperwork so you can submit to insurance? or does he submit to insurance and bill you for the balance? He'd be "out of network" for me but I'm sure my insurance would cover him as they would any other out of network MD.

How about any of the other docs who will talk to you on the phone? Do they provide insurance paperwork or bill insurance for you?

Hi Daph, I just started taking LDN thru Dr. B. You have to prepay via credit

card just before the appointment, and they send you a bill to submit. It is

marked down as a visit...as any providers won't pay for a phone consultation,

so this is a bonus.
