When ever I try to miss a day my symptoms return very fast before four or six in the afternoon.

I never want that again.

When I get stuck with 4.5 mg and it will not be suitable for me, I'll take it every other day and 3mg alternative days.

Dr. Behari says that we do not need to stop for few days after each month as it is written on his web page, but keep continuing...I heard of one case where all those dosages were too much for his system and he found out that 1.5mg was all he needed.

I'm taking it every day, I was just wondering if anyone thought to try it every other day and see how it worked, or didn't. I haven't tried... I may just to answer my own question.

What is your reason for doing it every other day?

I'm very seriously considering 1.5 permanently. I've gradually been feeling worse over the last few months, and only feel decent when I drop to 1.5 for a few days. I thought that 1.5 was too low to accomplish what we need. I'd sure feel comforted to know others were using that low a dosage.

I found the fellow on Internet where he posted his story, probably you'll find him on google search...LDN,

I don't know if you saw my previous post about my good

MRI results, but I had some lesions in my brain

" improve " after only a few months of LDN and I had

been on 1.5 mg for most of that time. Since starting

my new batch of LDN about 2 weeks ago (after being off

LDN for about 6 weeks), I have also been on 1.5 mg.,

but I will probably give 3.0 mg a try in 2 weeks and

see how I do. I guess that Dr. Bihari would not

approve of 1.5 mg for any patients, but so far I think

it has done wonders for me.

What dosages have you taken in the past? I'll assume 3.0 and 4.5? Does 6.0 sound entirely to much for you? It sounds like an awfully low dose, but who knows, start taking it for a while and see what kind of results you get. I think most agree you have to stick to one dosage for a while to see what kind of results you can count on. Best of luck to you!
