For the past couple of weeks I have been adding two drops of Lugol's to

a fruit juice (8 oz) that we drink in the morning.

The day before yesterday she broke out in a rash (similar to hives)

that cover most of her body with extremed itching. Although i doubt

that the idodine caused it is it possible? Has anyone else noted a

similar instance?

I would appreciate any advice or information.

Is it possible there is too much C in the juice to be taken with iodine?

Breaking out in a rash is a classic bromine detox sign. Back off a while and then sneak up on it, or take a day off as Steph suggests (or more, till it clears up).

good afternoon, donald!

it's important to take Vit C, Magnesium, Selenium with you iodine/iodide supplement too. when you get those kinds of reactions, it's probably from detoxing the bromides in you bodies. here are some of the side effects you can experience while the iodine/iodide supplementation is cleaning yor bodies up!!!

"Iodine-related bromide symptoms may include but are not be limited to:eye lid twitchingfoot twitchingtingling in hands or feetdark thoughts (e.g., there is no reason to live)depression (e.g., there is no reason to get out of bed)anxietyemotionalitymouth and tongue sores and cuts or "sore mouth""different" acne,"bromide acne," "acne-like eruptions" without "coniform." Celtic Salt is also very important to include in your protocol. At the bare minimum Salt and Vit C. The other items are for thyroid support.
