It can...are you salt loading? I believe constipation is a bromide issue. When I finally began the salt loading protocol it went away. Good luck...figuring out the right doses and timing can take awhile.

Another thing about salt is that it is sodium chloride. The chloride binds

to the bromide and carries it out of the body. The salt pushes it out of

the receptors with the iodine. It's synergistic.

OK, then is it best to take the salt dose with the Iodine dose? I drink

the salt all day long now, in my water bottle 1/4 t per 32 ounce bottle,

3 bottles per day at least.
