Skin conditions are classic detox reactions people experience when they stop poisoning themselves. Many of the supplements people take are out of balance with the way nature would provide the nutrients in whole foods and are treated as toxins by the body. Drinking distilled water, getting enough rest, fresh air and sunshine will usually speed up the process -- along with rebounding (especially the gentle health bounce.) Guest guest
I personally have not experienced this but I have read that if you will stop the iodine completely for a few days and then start back with a lower dose and slowly increase that you might be able to eliminate symptoms like these. Guest guest
why not try a different dose (like MORE). if you are very deficient in iodine then taking a little might be aggravating. Gracia Hi, I posted last week because I was having skin reactions to the Iodine paint and was about to start on the oral Iodoral.I took 12.5mg for about 5 days with the Salt loading. It seemed to aggravate the irritated skin patches in the first couple of days and by the 5th day I was getting blotches coming up pretty much all over. Does anyone have any information about how to manage this sort of reaction and whether a different sort of Iodine may be better for me?Gail. No virus found in this incoming message.Checked by AVG. Guest guest
Why are you salt loading? If you don't need it then don't do it. I would ease off on the salt. Take epsom salt baths with hydrogen peroxide. 1 cup of each should help.
