Guest guest
The Swank Diet is really interesting to read about if you have MS. It's not just low-fat, it's low-saturated fat or low-the wrong kind of fats--like margerines. You can have plenty of things like olive oils, and others, though and using them makes you stop craving the other stuff, surprisingly. I did pretty well for the first year, but never perfectly...who does I wonder? Now I have 3 oz of lean red meat once a week if I want it. Others in my other online MS group are also talking about the Best Bet Diet--I don't know much about it but a bunch of them swear by it. You mite want to check this group out--they're big on alternatives, I first heard about LDN there--some use the ABCR drugbs, most don't but they're respectful. mscured@... There are a couple of folks who research research, research---make me feel like a sluffer they do so much. Sometimes it's too much--I warn you--I just scroll thru fast if I can't absorb that much that day. hahahaha....but I've picked up a lot of good ideas and sometimes I have to see it mentioned several times over a few months before I'm ready to get into it.
