thanks for your note.. nothing presently though it will have to prove to be financially promising as it will be my sole source of income.... I am just enjoying everything that comes along with this transition , including the opportunity to interact in this way which I would never have the opportunity to do otherwise... I have countless articles on gene targeted nutrition and will post any that pertain to thyroid function/iodine. My specialty is OB/GYN so thyroid disease for my practice focused primarily on how it was impacted by pregnancy.

Dr Penta - sadly my misdiagnosis started with my OB/GYN. He found my thyroid to be swollen and told me nothing - just that it was swollen. 2 weeks later I found out I was pregnant. 9 mos later I was dx'd with thyroid cancer and had multiple nodules. I believe my son sucked every ounce of iodine and selenium from my body. Had I been given the thyroid supporting nutrients I believe it never would have happened. That is why my mission now is to educate people about their bodies and doctors that there is more than medicines and surgery to help people. Last year I spoke at a medical conference on Iodine with Dr. Brownstein. It was the highlight of my life. I hope there are more like that again.
