Guest guest
Dr Swank has studied the effects of a low fat diet on MS and found that it halts the progression of the disease in many people. If you type in' Dr Swank' on the net you will find the diet. He first started people on the diet about 50 years ago. I am currently reading his book called The MS Diet Book which includes a lot of graphs and comparisons of people who followed the diet and people who didn't. My husband was a big meat eater, so not having any red meat is certainly a big change. Donna
