It's just water and Lugol's? If so then you are fine. I would use filtered water though.

Hi all

I am not being able to tolerate lugol's even at 1 drop dosage. I put 1 drop of it in glass of water and used 1 tablespoon of this solution. I am planning to slowly increase the dosage. If i place that solution into refrigerator and use 1 or two tablespoonful of it each day, would it decompose? in other words do i have to prepare a fresh solution every day?
